The prospects for an “independent” are improving daily. Perhaps in the next election we can choose a president whose allegiance is to us, and not the special interests; someone who will have the vision and courage to make the right decisions for our children and their future. Someone who will tell the truth and keep their promises.
Our country is in trouble:
For oil, we’re dependent on countries that hate us.
What used to be “annual” deficits are now “monthly” deficits. We’re in serious debt and dependent on other countries for the money to finance our extravagance.
We’re in a recession with over 10% unemployment. Housing and commercial property are in “deflation” but the cost of living is going to explode because of all the new dollars the government has printed.
We’re engaged in foreign wars we can’t pay for.
We’re in danger of terrorism at home. Our borders are porous and millions of people are here illegally…we have no idea who they are or what they’re up to.
We provide medical care for illegal aliens and prisoners, but not for the poorest of our own citizens.
Our educational system is failing millions of students.
We’ve lost all sense of right and wrong…we kill unwanted babies, and distribute condoms to children.
We’re so “politically correct” that we’ll pull an elderly white woman out of line at the airport to inspect her bags, all the while knowing with 95% certainty that the next terrorist attack will be by a young, Arab male.
The changes we need to make will offend every special interest group. Every citizen will have to accept changes and make sacrifices. None of us are excited about it, but most of us are ready. We realize that our way of life and our children’s future hangs in the balance.
We’re going in the wrong direction. We need a new plan. But…a plan to do”what”?
Plans are worthless unless they’re designed to achieve specific goals. But you can’t establish goals until you know your core values. Core Values come first; goals emerge from the values; action plans are then designed to achieve them.
In the next section, I’ve outlined my Core Values. You haven’t heard any talk lately about our values, but I predict you agree with most of these statements. Following that you’ll find my plan for the restoration of our nation.
Some of these ideas are already part of the national discussion while others are totally new. Some may seem shocking at first...give them some time. Together, they represent real change. And this time, it’s change you really can believe in.
I invite your review and critique. Leave your thoughts on the discussion page. Send your friends to the website.

I’m not a negative person, but I do believe we’re nearing the edge of the cliff. Without a change in direction, we’re in for a hard landing. But I also believe that the country is waking up to this fact. And I believe we’ll see the emergence of new leaders who will have the courage to confront us, and our problems. I’ll use your email address to keep you informed of important developments.
Finally, as we demand honesty from our elected leaders, let’s be honest with ourselves... we’re partly to blame. We don’t write our representatives; we don’t speak out; we don’t vote. We’ve left that up to others and assumed everything would be ok. You can’t do that anymore. You have to stand and be counted.
